AHIBS-ACT 2023 Kuala Lumpur Conference on Action Research and Islamic Finance will be held on October 27 th (Friday) till 29 th (Sunday), 2023 at the Residensi UTM in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The conference theme is “Empowering Change, Elevating Impacts”. The AHIBS-ACT 2023 conference brings together academics and professionals from all business and economics disciplines to share the latest research findings and brainstorm new research ideas across disciplines. It’s a unique forum for researchers with cross-disciplinary interests to meet and interact.

CONFERENCE SCOPE
1. The AHIBS-ACT 2023 Conference invites submission of academic and professional research papers/extended abstracts from the full range of action research and Islamic finance disciplines, including all sub-fields and related topics in Economics, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Management, and Business Ethics.
2. The AHIBS-ACT 2023 Conference encourages discussions on research-in- progress. For those authors who cannot submit full papers, they can present their latest research findings at the AHIBS-ACT 2023 Conference if their abstract is accepted. Peer reviewed extended abstracts will be published in the conference proceedings.
3. Interested parties without papers/extended abstracts for presentation are also invited to participate as attendees at the AHIBS-ACT 2023 Conference
SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

3. Extended abstract/Full Paper received by the deadlines will be double-blind peer-review by two (2) subject matter experts. A notification of acceptance/ rejection will be issued within 14 days after submission.
PUBLICATION
1. All accepted Extended Abstracts for the AHIBS-ACT 2023 Conference will be published in the Conference Proceedings.
2. Selected papers from the AHIBS-ACT 2023 Conference will be published accordingly, in Non-Indexed and Indexed (Scopus & WOS) based on the quality of the paper.
BEST PAPER PRIZES AND AWARDS
AHIBS-ACT 2023 Conference Best Paper Award: Approximately 10% of the papers accepted for presentation at the conference will be selected as best papers for their outstanding contributions towards research. A Best Paper Award certificate will be issued to the award-winning authors.

All conference participants must pay the registration fee. For each paper/abstract, at least one author must attend and pay the registration fee. For all participants with or without papers/abstracts for presentation at the AHIBS- ACT 2023 Conference, the registration fee is :
