The Azman Hashim International Business School Action Research Conference (AHIBS-ACT 2025) invites researchers, scholars, and practitioners to submit their papers for this international action research conference. We welcome submissions that employ action research as a methodology or present research findings that demonstrate tangible impact on industry and community.

AHIBS-ACT 2025 is committed to fostering discussions on practical, real-world applications of research that drive meaningful change. We seek contributions that not only advance academic knowledge but also provide actionable insights, transformative solutions, and sustainable improvements in various sectors.

Four Tracks on Business and Management

• Human Resources and Organizational Behaviour
• Finance and Accounting

In addition to these tracks, we welcome transdisciplinary research that integrates Information Systems, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Engineering with business and management. Research that explores the intersections of technology, digital transformation, and industry applications is highly encouraged.
