Assoc. Prof. Dr. Adriana Mohd Rizal

Dr Adriana Mohd Rizal is an Associate Professor at Azman Hashim International Business School. She obtained her Doctor of Business Administration from the National University of Malaysia. She has authored and co-authored more than 120 articles and research papers, including cases in reputable journals, conference proceedings, books, and book chapters. She was the principal investigator for nine research grants and a project member of 34 research grants and consultancies, which include RUG, FRGS, ERGS, CWGS, RTC, government agency grants, and contract research worth over RM7 million. She was one of the trainers and mentors for the Entrepreneurship Beyond Boundary program under the flagship of Yayasan Muhibah Tan Sri Feng Ah Seng, one of the consultants for an international contract research grant funded by the Prime Minister’s Office, UAE, KWAP Upskilling 3.0 Education Program, AHIBS-ACT 2025, Upskilling Education Program 2.0 for KWAP, and Pembangunan Blueprint BAKAT Akademi Perkhidmatan Tadbir (BAKAT) Negeri Johor. Apart from her academic career, she also has more than ten years of industry work experience in project management, administration, training, and human resource development.
