Learning@IBS (LIBS) aims to create networks of academicians, researchers, students and external groups of practitioners who are passionate and skillful in performing research for academic and business purposes. The emergence of such networks would generate a great contribution to the community. What rise from it, would be proliferations of new skills, creativity and sharpness in decision making, insights in performing research and intellectual contributions, as well as strategic work operations. UTM IBS’ idea of producing series of hands-on workshops under our new brand, LIBS nests on this main, critical interest. LIBS focus on providing in-depth and step-by- step guidance on particular professional business and research skills, with experienced facilitators.
