Dr. Basheer Al-Haimi currently holds the esteemed position of Senior Lecturer at the Azman Hashim International Business School, University Technology Malaysia. With a distinguished background, Basheer has accumulated valuable industry experience prior to assuming his academic role. In 2019, he successfully obtained his Ph.D. degree in Technology Management with a focus on strategies and governance from the esteemed University Malaysia Pahang in Malaysia. Basheer’s academic journey commenced with the completion of his Bachelor of Science degree (Hons.) in Software Engineering, and a Master of Science degree (Hons.) in IT-Management, both from the Universiti Teknologi Malaysia. Basheer’s areas of interest encompass a diverse range of subjects. His expertise spans strategies and governance, agile government, technology management, SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals), and higher education studies.
