Overview of the Program:
The AI Seminar organized for the Rubber Industry Smallholders Development Authority (RISDA) aimed to enhance understanding and awareness of Artificial Intelligence (AI) among its workforces.
Led by Dr. Mohd Iskandar bin Illyas Tan, the two-hour session provided an engaging overview of how AI can be applied in daily work to improve efficiency, streamline operations, and support data-driven decision-making within the organization.
A total of 97 participants from various levels within RISDA took part in the seminar, reflecting strong interest and commitment toward embracing digital innovation. To complement the session, a survey was conducted to assess the level of AI awareness among employees, providing valuable insights into their readiness for digital transformation.
Through interactive discussions and practical examples, the seminar served as a platform to inspire RISDA staff to explore new ways of integrating AI tools and technologies into their everyday tasks, fostering a more innovative and future-ready organization.
