Dr. Obed Rashdi Syed
Dr. Obed Rashdi Syed is a Senior Lecturer at the Azman Hashim International Business School, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia. He holds a PhD in Management and is an active researcher with publications in SSCI, ESCI, and ABDC-ranked journals. His research focuses on leadership, sustainable human resource management, employee well-being, and management education. Dr. Syed has supervised multiple doctoral and MBA theses, collaborates internationally, and serves on editorial boards. He also contributes to accreditation processes and curriculum development, and supports qualitative research and case-based teaching through workshops and ongoing advisory work with students and researchers.
