Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ong Choon Hee
Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ong Choon Hee teaches at Azman Hashim International Business School, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia. He obtained his Doctor of Business Administration from Universiti Utara Malaysia. He also holds a Master of Technology Management, a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering (Hons.), and a Diploma in Electrical Engineering from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia. With over 20 years of professional experience, he has gained expertise in areas such as facilities engineering management, EHS management, and talent management within the manufacturing sector. His research interests include technology management, organizational behavior, and talent management. He has authored or co-authored over 100 papers published in reputable journals, conference proceedings, and book chapters. He actively participates in research activities and teaches graduate courses at UTM. He is a member of the Malaysian Institute of Management (MIM) and the Malaysian Institute of Human Resource Management (MIHRM). Additionally, he is a graduate technologist of the Malaysia Board of Technologists (MBOT) and is certified by the Malaysian Human Resources Development Corporation (HRD Corp) as a Professional Trainer.
