Ong Choon Hee

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ong Choon Hee currently works at Azman Hashim International Business School, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia. He has received his Doctor of Business Administration from Universiti Utara Malaysia. He obtained his Master of Technology Management, Bachelor of Chemical Engineering (Hons.) and Diploma in Electrical Engineering from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia. With more than 20 years of experience, he has garnered various areas of expertise that span across facilities engineering management, EHS management and talent management in the manufacturing sector. His areas of research interest are organizational behavior and development, talent management and technology management. He has authored and co-authored more than 100 papers in reputable journals, conference proceedings and book chapters. He is actively involved in research activities as well as teaching postgraduate studies in UTM. He is a member of the Malaysian Institute of Management (MIM) and the Malaysian Institute of Human Resource Management (MIHRM).  He is a graduate technologist of the Malaysia Board of Technologists (MBOT). He is certified by the Malaysian Human Resources Development Corporation (HRD Corp) as a Professional Trainer.
