Datuk Razali Mahfar holds professional Aviation Engineering and post-graduate International Marketing qualifications from the United Kingdom, and has attended advanced management programmes of top institutions such as Oxford, Harvard and NASA. He is a Fellow and Senior Member of five UK and three US professional bodies, respectively in the field of aeronautics, engineering, manufacturing, marketing, leadership and management.
He has held key and C-suite positions the field of Aviation (BRITANNIA AIRWAYS, Eurodynamic and MAS); Automotive Manufacturing & Export Marketing (PROTON); Oil & Gas (ESSO and SHELL); ICT R&D (MIMOS); Industrial R&D and Quality Certification (SIRIM); Post-graduate Education (INCEIF, the Global University in Islamic Finance, set-up by Bank Negara Malaysia, and UTM), investment holding company (DFH), and transformation consulting (MYiLEAP). He has trained more than 600 top leaders in the public service sector, multinationals and GLCs, and has been involved in major transformation projects in the last 20 yrs. He had also contributed to various government ministries and agencies in various roles and capacities. At the international front, he had served on the EXCO of an international non-profit organization, the Global Knowledge Partnership, and had contributed to the World Economic Forum, World Business Council for Sustainable Development and Islamic Development Bank. |
