UTM IBS is organizing the Executive Seminar Workshop on 22nd May 2013 at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia Kuala Lumpur.
The seminar is led by Professor Peter Kamminga, Dr. Paola Cecchi Dimeglio from “Program of Negotiation” (PON) at Harvard Law School and Prof. Dato’ Seri Ir. Dr. Zaini Bin Ujang, Vice Chancellor of UTM.
This workshop is designed to help participants become successful negotiators, by learning the essential tools of negotiation. Participants will have the opportunity to learn on how to deal with difficult people and hard bargainers, and manage conflict productively.
Focus on this workshop will be on improving personal negotiation skills and learning to apply basic negotiation analytics to negotiate better outcomes in negotiation situations.
