24 July 2018 – Azman Hashim IBS has successfully launched the Global Dialogue series in UTM KL today. The programme aims to bring together top government officials and policymakers in high-level discussions that explore bilateral relations and opportunities between Malaysia and other countries in the context of education and other areas. The inaugural event was delivered by His Excellency Mohammed Nafees Zakaria, the High Commissioner of Pakistan to Malaysia, who gave a very comprehensive lecture on “Pakistan-Malaysia Relations, Regional and Global Changes and Prospects”. The session was attended by the Dean, professors, lecturers and students from Pakistan in UTM and other Malaysian universities. His Excellency promoted the economic, tourism and education potentials offered by Pakistan that present endless opportunities for UTM and Malaysia to pursue. We thank Dr. Obed Rashdi, our senior lecturer, for initiating this meaningful engagement.
