One proud event for Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program was conducted by students Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Azman Hashim International Business School, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, Skudai on 4th May 2019 at Sinaran Baru Village Hall, Kempas.
The program named as Program Desa Sejahtera “Muafakat bersama AHIBS” was organized in collaboration with various government and private agencies such as Fire and Rescue Department, Johor, Community Health Promotion Center, MOH, SWCorp Johor, HSI Blood Fund Division and others. It was started at the early morning with the main objective is to increase the knowledge and information of rural communities on environmental issues, especially safety measures to be taken during the fire and first aid preparedness and to raise awareness about the importance of blood donating.
Various activities were held such as blood donation programs, fire training programs, health checks, government and private agency exhibition, coloring contest, demonstration of basic first aid courses, solid management talks and many more. This event was launched by ADUN Puteri Wangsa, Tuan Hj Mazlan bin Bujang and has received encouraging response from the community.
